We want you to love every piece from LongFlight. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at longflightinquiries@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of any issues (if applicable)
- A short description of the problem
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Free of stains, wear, damage, or alteration
Items we cannot accept:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Final sale items
- Underwear or other personal items
- Sample items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned past the 14-day window
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the regular return process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
We'll cover replacement shipping costs.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first.
If it is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
