From time to time, LongFlight may offer products for pre-order. These items will be clearly marked as Pre-Order on the product page before purchase.

Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item. Estimated delivery times for pre-order items are displayed on the product page and may vary depending on production and shipping timelines.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production has begun. Once production has started or your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
